WHO I AM
I’m 38 years old and live in Val di Sole, surrounded by nature that renews me and fuels the activities I love most: from trekking and mountaineering to snowboarding, from forest walks to sharing moments with friends. It’s here that I find inspiration and balance.Travel has always been my greatest passion: every journey is an opportunity to connect with new places, cultures, and people. This drive for discovery and encounter led me into the world of tourism. I delight in promoting destinations and hospitality businesses, amplifying their unique stories and forging connections between places, experiences, and people—no matter how far apart.Over the years, my organizational skills have been honed through managing international sporting events, where I combined logistics, communications, promotion, and relationship-building. In every project I bring energy, active listening, creativity, and a strategic yet human-centered approach.I speak English, Spanish, and German fluently, and easily build authentic relationships with people from diverse cultures.Because I deeply believe in people’s well-being, I’m training as a coach—a valuable tool that helps me grow personally and support others in their development.In my free time, I enjoy traveling, immersing myself in nature, fostering meaningful connections, and finding inspiration in my surroundings.
My professional journey
With over 13 years in tourism promotion, I honed my skills at the Val di Sole Tourism Board, working across marketing, promotion, and sales to strengthen the destination’s positioning both nationally and internationally.For eight years, I served as Event Manager & Coordinator within the Val di Sole Major Events division, overseeing the organization and promotion of world-class events, including UCI mountain bike competitions (World Cup & World Championships).At the same time, I spent two years as the liaison for Skirama Dolomiti Adamello Brenta, coordinating tourism partners, driving inter-destination promotion, and managing product development and administrative processes.Those years were intense—rich with experiences, travels, collaborations, and teamwork. After this period of professional growth, I consciously chose to pause and dedicate myself to one of my deepest passions: travel.This break allowed me not only to explore new cultures and people but also to reflect on how to channel my expertise into a more personal and flexible professional project.That’s how I became a freelance tourism consultant, supporting local hospitality businesses in international promotion through workshops and industry trade fairs.In January 2024, I began a certified training program at LUCE – School of Coaching, NLP, and Neuro-Semantics – to deepen my commitment to active listening, personal growth, and guiding others through individual and professional change.
